The Global Philanthropy Forum was proud to partner with the BBC’s The Conversation for a special session held at its annual conference in Silicon Valley. The Conversation allows only women’s voices to be heard on the BBC’s global news network — a first. Its presenter Kim Chakanetsa, connected with two GPF members to reveal their paths to success, the personal motivations behind their giving, how they prioritize their donations and the ethical dilemmas that may pose. These philanthropists were Amy Rao, CEO of Integrated Systems Archive and Tsitsi Masiyiwa, Founder and Co-chair of the Higherlife Foundation.
