Maureen Blanc is the Northern California Chapter Leader for Environmental Entrepreneurs (E2), the independent business voice for the environment, and an affiliate of the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC). For the past twenty-five years, Ms. Blanc has been in marketing and was president of Blanc and Otus Public Relations, a high tech consultancy firm sold to Hill and Knowlton in 1999. She was Director of the Global Technology Practice for Hill and Knowlton from 2000 to 2002. Ms. Blanc has been working in the nonprofit sector for the past five years, most recently as Vice President of Marketing for the International Museum of Women. Ms. Blanc currently serves on the board of trustees for the World Affairs Council of Northern California. Ms. Blanc is a graduate of UC Berkeley, with a degree in English literature and did post-graduate work at Stanford University.
