MEGHAN KENNEDY, Director of Philanthropy Programs, received her BS in Biology with a minor in Anthropology from UCLA.  While in college she worked closely with the Nwoya Youth Center in northern Uganda to fund and develop multiple projects in areas involving microfinance, sexual health education, and women’s health.

Prior to joining World Affairs, she was the Development and Program Coordinator for Global Health through Education, Training and Service (GHETS), a non-profit that provides grants and program support to community based initiatives in global health.

Meghan is originally from Lodi, California.
