A development professional with 27 years of experience, she has a demonstrated track record in institution building, change management, eco-system development and resource mobilization with non-profits and corporate foundations.
Nalini Gangadharan holds a doctorate in Education and a gold medal from Madras School of Social Work, India. She has to her credit many innovative and path–breaking initiatives with particular interest in young people at risk and their futures. Over 250,000 young adults between 14-25 years of age have accessed decent jobs and secure futures through the multi entry-multi exit academic, vocational and occupational programs in Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa.
A recipient of several awards, she has served on many professional, national, governmental and international working groups and forums connected with youth services, poverty alleviation, informal sector employment, safe migration, skills training and corporate social responsibility.
